Each Nicolangela piece is created with intention. We encourage thoughtful selection prior to purchase.

If your piece is not as expected, we offer returns under the following conditions.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Made to Order

Made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Process

To request a return, please contact our team with your order details.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Approved returns will be processed to the original method of payment.

Please allow time for processing once the item has been received and assessed.
