We happily offer Free Returns for Store Credit within Australia on all our full priced items, unworn and within 14 days of delivery, Australia wide.
Just grab your order number & email email@example.com to arrange a return.
If you live outside Australia we are unable to offer you a Free Return, however please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a merchandise return number and we'll reply with your nearest return address, closely followed by a Store Credit if applicable.
If you're bought your item on sale, we're unable to offer you a Store Credit unless the item is faulty.
If we've customised or altered a garment for you, we're unable to offer you a Store Credit.
Earrings and undergarments are unable to be returned for a Store Credit due to hygiene reasons.
