Beyonce - a fearless design exclusively by nicolangela. Like Beyonce herself, the Beyonce gown wasn't built in a day.
This carefully curated and thoughtful design became a work of love. "Ensuring the proportion and placement of design elements were cohesive to the overall look were integral with this creation" says Nicole, designer of nicolangela. All of her designs are created by hand, the final design rarely ends up being identical to her original illustration. "The design process is organic, I design directly on a mannequin, draping, cutting, adding and subtracting elements to create the final design. As I design I construct the garment and often find new finishing techniques in the process."
A dramatic shoulder feature with elements of various shapes and sizes of circles create the main feature of the gown. A Classic nod to a sweetheart neckline cascades into a fitted sleeve with a curved cuff trimmed in satin. Asymmetrical in shape with a fitted silhouette this gown is sure to turn heads.
The Beyonce is a full length dramatic gown, she is also available in a mini variation. A fitted structured dress which flatters the silhouette with a mermaid silhouette and train. Hand Wash gown inside out to prevent wear and do not agitate. Cold Hand wash separately using a mild detergent. Do not soak, bleach or wring. Gently remove excess water and dry garment inside on a clothes hanger. Do not tumble dry. Prevent absorption of perspiration and hairspray into fabric by wearing dressing gowns, dress shields or undergarments. Do not tumble dry. Cool Iron. Dry Cleanable.
